Partners advocate a continuous professional development program for staff, to ensure that the high professional calibre of staff is maintained.  The firm promotes its staff by encouraging them to successfully complete their academic qualifications and SAICA learnerships and to undertake further studies to enable them to obtain their professional qualifications. Non-trainee accountants are also encouraged to develop their professional skills through studies and training programs. We provide in-depth training, on a continuous basis, in order to stay up to-date with the changing financial and legislative environment.

We believe in providing opportunities to individuals from all spheres of the South African community, especially disadvantaged communities by providing financial assistance to employees in order to train and educate themselves and to further their career by obtaining a professional qualification.

As an accredited SAICA training office, we offer opportunities to trainee accountants who aspire to become Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors.
